Log into your Bgoodonline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn and in its original condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
